The main intention with UA is not only to give a realistic insight into the music business, to create opportunities and a sense of community, but most importantly work on the mindset and  mental well being of our artists.

Our approach to artistry and artist development is very much of a holistic nature supporting artists both practically and emotionally. We work with Singers, Songwriters & Producers, and also accept slightly younger singers too via audition, developing them in the areas of production, singing, songwriting & performance, working with some of my pals in the business who are at the top of their game. We also educate on the business side of music, and how artists can put their music across in the best way working towards the kind of recognition and success  that will come with time, patience, love and just being undeniably great at what they do, which takes time.
